1. What sizes do you offer?

We currently offer sizes from S to XXL on all styles, and XXXL on selected styles. Please refer to our size guide on each product page for specific measurements. If you're between two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger one for more comfort.

2. How do I choose the right size?

PetitQ Underwear is made according to European size standards, and on our designer's measurements. He is the model in the products shots, and wears size S. He is 164cm tall and weighs 57kg.

The other founder also wears size S, except when it's written that the style runs small, and he 177cm tall and weighs 65kg

3. Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide! Whether you're in the US, Europe, or anywhere else, we'll get your order to you. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.

4. How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location:

  • USA: 3–10 business days
  • Europe: 4–10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7–15 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times.

 

5. Where is my order shipped from?

We ship from different locations depending on the destination country. Most international orders are shipped from our logistics center in Europe or the USA.

6. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package in real time. You can also track your order from your customer account.

7. Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to the intimate nature of underwear, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons. Please double-check your size before placing an order. If there is a problem with your order, contact us and we will do our best to help.

8. What materials do you use?

We work with premium fabrics such as bamboo fiber, modal, nylon/elastane, and Tanboocel®. You can learn more about our materials on the "Material & Comfort" page.

9. Are your products designed in-house?

Yes! All PetitQ Underwear designs are exclusive and created by our team. We launch new styles regularly and take pride in offering unique pieces you won’t find anywhere else. They are even produced in-house, in our own sewing worshop.

10. How can I contact you?

11. Do you offer discounts?

Yes! We regularly offer special promotions, especially for newsletter subscribers. Sign up to stay updated on new arrivals and exclusive offers.

12. How often do you release new products?

We add new styles almost every week! Our collections are constantly evolving, so check back often or follow us on social media to stay in the loop.

13. Where are the products made?

All PetitQ underwear is proudly made in our own workshop. Unlike most brands that outsource production, we have our own team and our own machines. This allows us to control the entire process — from design to manufacturing — ensuring premium quality, attention to detail, and constant innovation.

14. How long has PetitQ existed?

PetitQ Underwear was founded in 2011 and has been proudly designing and selling men’s underwear for over 13 years. We’re known for our creativity, bold designs, and unmatched variety. Today, we offer the largest collection of men’s underwear under a single brand.
